Policies
• Once USPS is in possession of our packages, we do not control the time it takes for delivery, failed deliveries or damages. For any of these, you will need to contact USPS for updates and claims. We do not mind remaking orders for damaged goods, but Magnolia Melts Co. will need to file the claim if goods are remade, and replaced, NOT the buyer.
• TAT/Lead Time is only applied to days NOT marked on the calendar. Marked off days, holidays and weekends do not count in TAT/Lead Time counts. Calendar is updated no less than once a day for changes and updates.
• Email response times are 24-48 Business Hours, within the marked calendar days. If you message on a marked off day, they are not included in Business Hours.
• Customers have 24 Hours to reach out about deliveries. If we are not contacted within 24 Hours of marked delivery, no refunds, remakes, can be done and Magnolia Melts Co. is no longer responsible.
• Magnolia Melts Co. is not responsible for any melting items during heat months. If you are worried about melting products, please purchase our ice pack option at checkout.
